To avoid the sessions being fully booked early on in the year, we will be making booking available for each session a month in advance. This should allow enough time for you to get booked on, but mean that sessions aren't fully booked a year in advance. Booking will continue to be done via our Eventbrite page - Newcastle Private Rented Service Events | Eventbrite.
While we will do our best not to change the schedule, some things may change for reasons outside our control. Any changes to rooms or cancellations will be communicated as soon as we are made aware. Please make sure to check your emails before setting off for an event in case of cancellation.
