Our fully trained staff provide tenants, landlords and letting agents with a range of advice, training and services that are not available elsewhere to help create settled communities in our city.

The support we provide to landlords and letting agents includes our Tenant Finder Service, ongoing tenancy advice and support, a programme of online and face to face training and a free professional advice service.

For tenants and prospective tenants we offer support though our Home Finder Service, Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme and a free professional advice service.
We also have a online tenants handbook with useful information about managing your tenancy and videos to guide you when choosing a home.
