Our Support and Progression team may be able to help you.
They hold weekly drop ins at the West End and East End libraries to provide guidance in person.
Mondays - 10am until 1pm - West End Library
Fridays - 10am until 1pm - East End Library.
Our Support and Progression workers can support with:
- Budgeting and debt support.
- Benefits checks to make sure you're maximising your income.
- Getting set up with utilities and other start of tenancy items.
- Discretionary Housing Payments.
- Grant Applications.
- Referrals to employment support
- Food parcels
The Public Safety and Regulatory team are also in attendance on a Friday if you have any repairs issues that are not being dealt with by your landlord.
