Please find details below of the Property event that North East Landlords will be putting on in September at the Britannia Airport hotel.
It will be a full day event with a variety of speakers on relevant subjects to Property Professionals. You may recall I used to put on a similar event before Covid at the Holiday Inn which was always well attended.
We are currently in discussion with speakers to ensure that we have an interesting day, with plenty of trade stands to browse and free refreshments.
As a Letting Agent this could be a well spent day for you or an opportunity to give staff an opportunity to increase their knowledge. Many I know will be keen to take the chance to accrue CPD hours to meet their Licensing requirements.
We released tickets yesterday and already have 20% booked so if you would like to attend I would recommend you do not delay in clicking on the link to book your place.
If you have Landlords who are Licence holders then you may like to share these details with them so they can get some CPD hours while also keeping abreast of the changing legislation. I am aware that there are a lot of disappointed Licence holders in Newcastle who either did not know about their Landlord Conference on Thursday or were too late in trying to book a place.
I would ask that you only book if you intend to attend as we will be catering for you and it may also stop someone else who really wants to come attending and so we will be making a charge for non attenders.
