Landlord Development Programme 2019

We offer landlords and agents a range of learning and development opportunities including traditional training .   The National Landlords Association deliver many of our classroom based training and the following events are scheduled for 2019:

  • A landlords introduction to Houses of Multiple Occupation: 16th September 2019

Please note this event will be held at the North Tyneside Council Offices at Cobalt Business Park.

We have also developed a new information session alongside DWP for landlords and agents with tenants who claim Universal Credit, this session is new for 2019 and free to attend:

  • A landlords guide to Universal Credit: 25th July 2019, 1 to 4pm

This event will take place in Newcastle Civic Centre.

Newcastle Landlord's Conference 2019

The Newcastle Landlords Conference 2019 took place on 21st March and was a roaring success.  With over 100 landlord and agents attending through out the day and dozens of business joining our exhibitor zone the day was a non stop buzz and information and fun.
