Newcastle City Council is consulting on a new proposed Licensing Scheme for private rented accommodation.
We want to hear from all stakeholders including landlords, agents, tenants, residents and businesses. You can have yous say online but we will also be having three drop in sessions at Newcastle City Library, 33 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE18AX.
The last event will take place on Monday 14th January 2019 17:00-19:00, the event will open with a short presentation and be followed by an opportunity for questions (please see agenda below)

Newcastle Landlords Forum
The Newcastle Landlord's Forum meets quarterly and is a great opportunity to find out what’s happening in the world of private renting. You will have the chance to network with other landlords, make new contacts and hears from expert speakers.
Dates for 2019 - Please note that for 2019 we will be using the City Library rather than rooms at the Civic Centre.

Newcastle Landlord's Conference 2019
We can confirm that the next Newcastle Landlords Conference will take place on 21st March 2019. The event will be held at the Newcastle Falcons and our key note speaker will be Richard Lambert from the National Landlords Association.
